End User License Agreement (EULA) for GameZone

Effective Date: 27th October 2025

Developer: Enter Games Pty Ltd (ACN: 691 868 587, Australia)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (“Player”) and Enter Games Pty Ltd (“Developer”) and governs your use of GameZone (“Game”).

By installing or playing the Game, you agree to this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, which remains in full effect.

2. License Grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal entertainment only. All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain the property of Enter Games Pty Ltd.

3. Online Features

The Game may use Steam networking and online services. Online or multiplayer features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Connectivity and service availability are not guaranteed.

4. Modding

You may create and share mods (user-generated content) provided that such content:

Does not infringe third-party rights or include offensive material
Is non-commercial (no sale or monetization)
Clearly identifies that it is unofficial and not endorsed by Enter Games Pty Ltd

The Developer may revoke or restrict modding permissions at any time.

5. Streaming & Content Creation

You are welcome to record, stream, and post gameplay videos or screenshots for non-commercial or monetized content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) provided such use complies with this EULA and Steam’s policies.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the Game’s code
Circumvent DRM, anti-cheat, or access restrictions
Redistribute or resell the Game or any part of it

7. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Game.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enter Games Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss, damages, or data loss arising from use of the Game or online services.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
